Maybe it’s the salty seas that surround it or the mountainous terrain, but something about the Iberian Peninsula sets the wine, the cuisine, and the people of this region apart from the rest of Europe in a way that suits these last, sultry days of Georgia summer. As you sip on these wines, imagine yourself sitting along one of the many plazas of Spain deep into the night or on a balcony overlooking the ocean lapping at the rocky crags below.
