Our sous chef, Greg Zock, went to Cortona, Italy last May for the oenology and viticulture Maymester program offered through UGA’s study abroad program. As you may imagine, he tasted lots of amazing Italian wines and ate some fantastic food to accompany them. On November 8th, Greg will work with Kate White of Eagle Rock to recreate some of those taste memories for you. Kate has identified 5 wines that are very similar to those that Greg loved the most in his studies, and Greg will be pairing some traditional Italian treats to snack on alongside them.
