This 4 course meal will feature produce from DaySpring, pork from Anderson Farms, and beer pairings from Creature Comforts all for $65 (inlcudes tax and gratuity). Chilled Beet Soup
Kale pistou, yogurt, Georgia olive oil, fresh herbs
Grilled Lao Sausage
Baby lettuces, arugula, sugar snap peas, wild Georgia ginger tomato vinaigrette
(vegetarians will have grilled pears & basil instead of the sausage)
Wheat berry “risotto,” pickled beets, canola greens, grana padano
(vegetarians will have grilled bok choy & braised swiss chard instead of the pork)
