We are happy to create a menu that is tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and the season. Some events like a smaller shower or a bridal luncheon can happen during regular service, but some require the space to be private. We can hold larger showers and parties on Saturday afternoons between brunch and dinner or on Sunday evenings without a fee to rent the space. Otherwise, we require a $1000 fee to rent our space during a normal service for a Friday or Saturday night. The rental fee for other times is negotiable.

Some helpful information to include in your inquiry follows: Date & time of event. Onsite at Heirloom or offsite? If offsite, where will the event be located? How many guests? What is the event? What style of event are you looking for? (buffet, seated meal, heavy hors d’oeuvres, drop off). Are there any dietary restrictions that we need to consider when planning the event? There may be other questions that we will ask you later, but the answers to these will help us get started in the process.
