Grower Champagnes are small batch wines grown and made by family farmers in Burgundy, highlighting the terroir and technique of specific villages within the region. These wines provide a unique character and depth that is missing from big batch name brand champagnes. Designed to be served in a wine glass and not a champagne flute, these selections display a broad range of characteristics, and each of the courses for this dinner were designed to pair with the unique flavors and mouthfeel of each wine. The dinner is $95, with 4 courses and 4 champagnes, and a very limited number of seats. Make Monday a reason to celebrate.
