Nicholle & Nick Bath have lived a life full of food & drink. The couple ran a fast paced, high end restaurant in California with Nick behind the bar and Nicholle managing and training the waitstaff. Nick is from Watkinsville originally, and the couple decided to make a move home to Georgia to be closer to family and to eventually start their own place in a market that would be a little easier to break into than the cut throat California restaurant scene. Nicholle started with Heirloom as a server, and after a brief time away, has been working with us for the past year as our pastry chef. Her eye for beautiful design, superior palate, and thoughtful menu choices have been wowing guests ever since. Nick, whose main passion is mixology, has been itching to get back behind a bar after working outside of the industry these past few years. When we heard that, we jumped at the opportunity to bring you “Nick at Nite:” a pop up featuring Nick’s cocktails (focused on after dinner drinks this time around) paired with Nicholle’s desserts. Join us on July 20th from 8:00 – 11:00 to sample their concoctions and toast the summer evening.
